At KC Sushi & Teriyaki( Kirkland Sushi), sometimes your waiting time may be a little long. It is because our chefs are making food out of fresh-cut fish right after receiving the order.
Our chefs will not cut fish ahead of time. Fish are cut daily and preparation is flowing our kitchen's standard to ensure serving our customers the best way we can.
As a new restaurant in the area, and opened in the middle of a challenging time, Kirkland Sushi believes that what truly comes from our heart (in other words, our core values in customer service) will find ways to tell our own stories.
